CNC Machine Operator
Position: Full- time CNC Operator
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact with sales and customer service personnel to manage demand information in the
capacity planning and production scheduling process.
- Lead daily production planning meetings to ensure seamless communication between all functional departments.
- Provide proactive communication with customer service and sales personnel regarding order fulfillment issues.
- Work with purchasing to develop supplier delivery schedules and manage materials delivery to ensure key
materials are available to meet production requirements.
- Work with purchasing and manufacturing to ensure that all raw materials are used in the most profitable manner possible.
- Monitor production by collecting production data comparing progress to schedule.
- Develop and maintain a schedule for all new orders.
- Machine, work center loading to meet the needs of the customer delivery requirements.
- Create and issue job router packages to the manufacturing floor.
- Direct and manage the Production Control department.
- Understanding of ISO9001 / 13485 / GMP system.
- Strong background in Production Planning in a machining environment.
- Excellent communication skills, and a team player.
Quality Control Inspector
Position: Full- time QC Inspector
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform Inspection (In-Process, Receiving, Final Inspection) on components using precision measuring
equipment per engineer drawings, SOP’s, and Work Instructions.
- Receiving Inspection on Raw Material.
- Assists in on-the-job training for new employees.
- Aid in problem-solving on the Manufacturing Floor.
- Review all documentation prior to shipment.
- Review parts that have been segregated as possibly non-conforming.
- Monitors all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task.
- Complies with all safety rules and regulations.
- Other duties as required by Management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly detail-oriented.
- Must have the ability to read blueprints
- Quality Control Inspection: 2 years (Preferred)
Deburr & Finish Technicians
Position: Full- time Deburr/ Finish Technician
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean/ inspect parts for defects and any deviation from specs.
- Remove byproduct/ rough edges from parts.
- Use metal and plastic finishing techniques to ensure each part meets the customer requirement
- Assist in on the job training for new employees.
- Aid in problem-solving on the manufacturing floor.
- Perform all final inspections per procedure.
Desired Skills
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Prior metal/ plastic finishing and manufacturing experience recommended
- Desired applicant will have the ability to read and follow in- housework instruction.

Warehouse Associate
Position: Full- time Warehouse Associate
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintenance and upkeep of the shop and all general areas of the facility.
Load/ unload trucks
Responsible for shop cleanliness (as well as assist all other departments in the organization of material and shop supplies).
The right person should be energetic, willing to learn, have great attention to detail, and open to any task asked of them.
Experience is not required.
